Description: We specialize in offering many different options for any person interested in learning our beautiful Spanish language. To study at Becari is not only to learn a new language but also to enter another culture. We are a medium size school which prides itself on careful and sustained attention to each student regardless of his or her level of proficiency with a staff of qualified teachers who have ample experience in the field of Spanish as a second language.

Highlights: Our native Mexican teachers are all certified experts in teaching the essential skills of writing, reading, speaking, and listening to our beautiful language. Becari is convinced that our students can really master Spanish if they understand the cultural and historical aspects of Latin America and Mexico.

We therefore provide additional opportunities to learn about pre-Hispanic culture, Latin American/Mexican history, literature, and politics, through a mix of communicative, cultural and natural approaches, videos, games, posters, etc. We offer special workshops that include classes in folkloric dancing, Mexican cooking, and ceramics as well as art lectures and films. We want to offer our students an unforgettable stay in Oaxaca!
