Description: Sorrento was founded by the Greeks, over two thousand years ago. Where better to study Italian than in a town so full of history and culture! The peninsula on which Sorrento is located is surrounded by beaches and is also an excellent base from which to explore the beautiful nearby islands of Amalfi and Capri, as well as Pompeii, Naples and Positano. Sorrento is a beautiful, safe and very welcoming town, a place where you can study Italian and also enjoy the very best aspects of the Italian way of life - good food, good weather, beautiful scenery and friendly locals.

Our school is located in the historic centre of Sorrento, just a stone's throw from the marina and beach, in a beautiful 'palazza', dating back several hundred years. The Italian courses take place mainly in the mornings, with optional activities/visits in the afternoons/evenings and at the weekend. On the first day of the course, there is a 'welcome party' and a guided tour of Sorrento for all new students. The Italian courses run at five different levels, so there is also a level test on the first Monday for all students who are not complete beginners in Italian, in order to place them in the correct group.
