Description:
The school is located in the heart of the old city centre, 100 meters from the famous Univeristy of Salamanca and just two minutes away from the magnificent Plaza Mayor. It is a recently restored 16th-century monastery with modern materials that creates a natural balance with the richness, style and class of previous centuries. The building has three floors, 13 classrooms, a recreation room (with computers, video, piano, sound system, etc.), a library, a courtyard, garden, a staff lounge and three offices.
Highlights:
Spanish Cooking Course Learn how to make popular authentic Spanish dishes, such as, omellete, paella or sangria, from one of the local chefs. It's one more thing to take back home besides Spanish and a suntan. This program should be taken with a Spanish language program. In Salamanca, you take 2 weeks (3 cooking classes per week), which begins once a month in February, March, May, June, July, September, October and December.
