Description: Get fully immersed into the Latin American culture by volunteering and learning Spanish in Guatemala and Costa Rica.

Guatemala:
All Spanish courses given at the Spanish School in Guatemala provide you with the greatest chance to have a taste of the real Guatemalan way of life. Our Spanish courses in Guatemala are combined with extra curricular activities. There are sports and outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, dancing and walks around the town, there are also culture classes: cooking, history & traditions, ceramics etc, as well as trips to local museums and small villages.

Spanish courses in Costa Rica are designed for you to learn Spanish in an effective way and get involved in the wide Latin American world. Get immersed in the Costa Rican way of life, learn Spanish and stay in our students' residences.

Costa Rica:
Intercultura, our partner Spanish school offers you a wide range of cultural activities to learn Spanish in Costa Rica and experience this wonderful country: Latin dance classes, Costa Rican cooking classes, lectures, films, local activities, excursions and trips. You can choose to learn Spanish in small groups or take private Spanish lessons.

Spanish courses are complemented with a complete cultural immersion in the unique Costa Rica. Enjoy cloud forests, mountain ranges, boiling volcanoes and the best sunsets in the world. Costa Rica stands out for its staggering beauty, slow pace of life and friendly locals. You have an array of activities that will make your journey a thrilling one; surfing, hiking, rafting and waterfall rappel are some of the options you can choose in Costa Rica.

Highlights: You will get 2 weeks of mini group Spanish lessons in Guatemala where you will acquire the most important language skills. Besides you will get a grasp of the social reality of Costa Rica and Guatemala by becoming a volunteer. Both activities will enrich your Spanish knowledge and immerse yourself into different cultures by deep intercation with locals. When volunteering you will be helping these countries to achieve development and reconstruction.
