Description: Playalingua del Caribe offers intensive Spanish courses to students from all over the world, as well as English, German, French and Italian courses for local residents.

Spanish Courses

The Spanish intensive courses are held in the morning in comfortable, air conditioned classrooms. The direct and audio-oral methods are lively and motivating.

Grammar and syntax are not neglected and offer a complete intensive program. Thanks to a small number of students per group (4 to 7), progress is fast and it becomes easier to communicate in the language they learn.

True beginner students can only start on the first Monday of each month. Otherwise, they can have a 25% discount on private classes until they can join a regular group.

In case groups are less than 4 students, the number of hours is reduced accordingly, upon agreement with the student.

Other courses

English, French, German and Italian courses are given to people who live in Playa and the surrounding area and work in the tourist and hotel industry.

These classes are held in the afternoon or early evening, three or five times a week, in groups of 6 to 15 students.

Classes are held with small number of students per group. All the students who have studied with us have achieved their goal. Our students discover the necessary tools to begin or continue their exploration of the Spanish language.

Through grammar, history and culture, our teachers lead foreign students to fully enjoy their stay while they discover the wonders of the mayan world and Mexico.

These foundations are particularly important for those young travelers who want to go on and discover Latin America.

Highlights: Playa del Carmen is a picturesque town located a 60 kilometer south of Cancun, in front of the island of Cozumel, between the magnificent Caribbean sea and the jungle of the Yucatan peninsula.

Playa del Carmen, the largest town in the Riviera Maya (about 100,000 inhabitants) is a bustling city with activities, restaurants and nightlife for everybody. On 5th avenue, you can find a wide variety of jewelry stores, Mexican handicraft and art stores, t-shirts, designer clothing and exotic items.

Playa del Carmen attracts numerous vacationists who enjoy its Mexican atmosphere, its white sand beach dotted with small restaurants, coconuts and its main streets with many boutiques. Playa del Carmen is located 40 minutes from the island of Cozumel by ferry.
