Description: Learning the French language on our French language immersion program in Montreal, Canada, the world's largest bilingual city, is an amazing way to develop your language skills, make great friendships with international students, and have the chance to live in an exciting cosmopolitan city close to the US! Our language school in Montreal is centrally located, between Mont Royal parklands and the historic center.

Montreal is the perfect choice for a French language course at any time of the year. It's known for its great outdoor activities- winter sports of skiing and ice-skating in the winter, but also hiking and sailing in the summer!

You will find an array of places to visit and things to see while studying French in Montreal. This city is the "fashion capital of Canada" and is known for its natural surroundings and exciting culture. Vieux-Montreal (Old Montreal) which is beautifully designed with cobbled streets, churches and mansions, and is a great place to enjoy the wonderful scenery!
The school has an impressive student activities program that runs weekly which allows students to become familiar with the area. Participating in these fun activities gives students the chance to explore Montreal, and practice their language skills in a fun atmosphere.

Students have the option of taking 20, 25, or 30 lessons a week during short or long term courses. There are also private lessons, an academic year course, young student language camps during the summer and winter, as well as a Romantic Getaway Course. Work experience is also available for students of an intermediate or higher level.

- School has multimedia room with computers, free internet access and internet cafe
- Excellent cultural and social activities program for students including a welcome orientation tour of Montreal, a program of activities including visits to museums (entrance fee not included), soccer games, evening parties, salsa evenings, and karaoke evenings.
- Additional activites may include: boat cruise along the St. Laurence river, tango lessons in the park, jazz festivals, Just for Laughs comedy festival, cycling along the Lachine canal, as well as excursions to Niagara Falls and Quebec City,

Work Experience is offered for French students of an Intermediate level or higher attending our language school in Montreal Students first participate in a 4 week language course of 30 lessons per week at our language school. A coordinator will arrange an interview and monitor (unpaid) work placement for the student. The duration of the work experience cannot exceed that of the language course.   Working in a French speaking environment is a great way for students to be provided with an extensive immersion into the French language.
