Description: IS Aix-en-Provence is an international language school registered as a ' Private Establishment of Superior Learning' which was founded by an organization affiliated with the University of Stockholm. IS Aix-en-Provence is also a member of the prestigious SOUFFLE and EAQUALS educational organizations. These organizations have certain quality standards which must be strictly adhered to in order for a school to remain a member. Today IS has garnered a reputation as one of the best French language schools in France. Currently the school is located just outside the city center of Aix-en-Provence. As such everything you will want to see and do within the city will be just a short distance away. The facilities are well laid out, and are perfect for small group instruction. All of the teachers are native French and are well trained in teaching French in F.L.E (French as a foreign language) and are familiar with all the different methods of F.L.E. Overall, IS has a variety of excellent French language programs designed for people of all levels of French and all ages (above 18). The programs offered allow students the chance to study both general and specialized French language topics. In addition, the structure of these programs and the dates in which they start really allow you to 'tailor' a French language course to meet your needs. In conjunction with excellent French language classes, IS also offers a wide range of interesting activities and excursions, some free and some for a small fee, such as guided tours of Aix, wine tasting, cooking classes, visits to Luberon or small villages, markets etc. These activities and excursions are an excellent way to get to know more about Aix and the region surrounding it.
