Portuguese language classes and immersion program in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil. One-on-one and small group classes (max. 3 people). The classes are for any level of Brazilian Portuguese, from beginner to the most advanced, addressing the specific needs of researchers, social workers, NGO personnel, travelers, musicians, business people and doctors. Basica Lingua program also includes all study materials and an orientation tour to introduce students to Salvador. Accommodation is in carefully selected Portuguese-speaking host families, shared apartments, guest-houses and hotels. Airport transfer from Salvador Airport is available, if required.

Basica Lingua - Learn Portuguese in Salvador, Brazil with a multiligual Brazilian teacher who has experienced different countries and cultures. In addition to teaching the language, the lessons familiarize the student with many aspects of Brazilian culture - music, dance, literature, Capoeira, Candomblé, Brazilian slang, and regional differences in language. Besides the course, we provide contacts for those students who are interested in doing volunteer work, percussion, Capoeira and dance classes in Salvador, Brazil.
